Samuel Chigozie Oguine is a Nigerian-American pharmacist, entrepreneur, and corporate executive with over three decades of experience spanning healthcare, finance, infrastructure, and investment across the United States and Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Nigeria and an MBA from Woodbury University, California. Over the course of his career, Mr. Oguine has built, led, and successfully exited multiple healthcare businesses, developing extensive experience in entrepreneurship, corporate governance, investment strategy, and business development. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Global Wealth Access (GWA), where his work encompasses investment, development finance, and infrastructure opportunities.
As Chief Executive Officer of CMDC, Mr. Oguine draws on more than three decades of entrepreneurial, investment, and executive leadership experience to direct the company's corporate strategy and development activities. His background in building and scaling businesses, mobilising investment, and operating across the United States and Nigeria informs CMDC's commercially driven approach to critical minerals development.
